READING PROGRAM
It can be tough to find the time to attend weekly program sessions, especially for parents who are solely responsible for childcare, or have to manage shifting work schedules and demands. Reading Program On-Demand (RPOD) is adapted from our signature Reading Partnership for Parents (RPP) program, and offered online. The lessons are available at all times so you can go at your own pace, and each one is designed to be fun and engaging for kids, as well as informative and supportive for caregivers. RPOD provides self-paced flexibility with the option of coaching sessions, should you need additional support.

Our educators and facilitators are trained teachers, ECEs and community-based education workers who are passionate about literacy, and experienced in working with kids.
When you sign up for RPOD, your kids will be sent a Lit Kit free of charge. You’ll be given access to 10 on-demand lessons that are designed by professional educators, as well as access to learn-along videos, content, and instructions for how to play the Lit Kit games and activities with your kids.

There’s good evidence to show that when parents get involved with reading at home, kids do better overall. Research is a priority for us, and if you’re interested you can read the full report here.
TESTIMONIAL
I loved the sense of community. The bi-weekly parental sessions allowed for the exchange of ideas and teaching strategies. So although you were facilitating learning for your children by yourself, you’re never in fact, completely alone.
