Shayana Gayle is a sponsorship and partnerships professional passionate about connecting brands with purpose-driven initiatives. As the founder of 1992 Consulting, Shayana helps organizations build meaningful corporate partnerships that align business goals with social impact.
They bring a strong background in community engagement, equity advocacy, and corporate sponsorship to their work and are committed to creating opportunities that strengthen connections between organizations and the communities they serve.
Beyond consulting, Shayana serves as President of the Business Alumni Chapter at George Brown College, where they lead efforts to strengthen alumni connections and engagement. As a board member of The Reading Partnership, Shayana proudly supports initiatives that promote literacy, learning, and empowerment for marginalized children and families.
