Neil Price (he/him)
Board Chair
Neil Price is a non-profit leader, researcher, and writer currently serving as Executive Director of LogicalOutcomes, where he leads evaluation and research teams focused on community health and wellness initiatives. His work spans primary care transformation, strategic planning, community development and innovative approaches to community health outcomes.
With extensive leadership experience in higher education and nonprofit management, Neil brings deep expertise in community consultation and evaluation to his work. His research interests include community care approaches, social justice, higher education, and comparative public policy.
A frequent commentator on social issues, Neil’s writing has appeared in numerous publications. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Adult Education and Community Development at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE), University of Toronto, where his research continues to bridge academic insight with practical, community-based approaches.
